Collect Email Address from Booking.com Customers
When guests make bookings via Booking.com, a temporary email address is generated by Booking.com for communications with a guest.
This email address is only valid until a short period after check-out, meaning that ongoing communication with that guest is limited and seeking opt-in from Booking.com guests alongside other channels difficult whilst offering a seamless experience.
It is now possible to specifically ask guests from Booking.com for their real Email Address. Simply activate the following option in the Email Address question settings.
If the guest submits their real email address, the @guest.booking.com email address in the backend will be replaced, and any future communications will be sent to the submitted email address.
