Respond to To-Do's via Email

When a new To-Do is assigned to you or there is an update to an existing To-Do we send a notification email to let you know of this. Previously, if you wanted to respond to this these updates it was necessary to log-in to the Customer Alliance dashboard to submit your response.


It is now possible to respond to To-Do's simply by responding to the email notification.
